This Berkeley Springs cabin is perfect for a couple's getaway or a solo retreat. This well-equipped getaway offers an ideal location for peaceful rest or as a homebase for outdoor adventures. Ready to play pickleball? The court is ready for you, directly in front of the cabin. Enjoy the special views of the wooded property and Sleepy Creek Nature Preserve. Enjoy excursions to Cacapon State Park or downtown Berkeley Springs and then unwind with a barbeque, reading a book by the propane fireplace or gather at the firepit beneath the stars. An ourdoor table awaits your dining creations, and a roomy queen bedroom gives you nightly respite. Bringing some friends along? A pullout sofa bed is in the main area. Truly, the best spot may be drawing a chair up to the window and pondering the world.

This cabin is situated on 35 acres of West Virginia heaven. It is approximately a 1/2 mile walk (drive) to the creek. Be aware that there are stairs to this upper level living. The entire lower level is the owner's personal garage and is not occupied. This cabin/barn is up and away from the other 3 cabins that are available on this 35 acre property.

INDOOR LIVING: 2 Flat screen tv's, living area and bedroom, high ceilings, ceiling fans, en-suite bathroom
KITCHEN: Full kitchen with coffee maker, dishware and flatware, refrigerator, microwave
GENERAL: Free WiFi, air-conditioning, cable/satellite, complimentary toiletries, suitable for children
ADDTIONAL ACCOMMODATIONS: 3 additional properties are available on-site, each with separate nightly rates, a 1 bedroom for 2 guests, a studio for 2 guests and a 3 bedroom for 8 guests. If you would like to reserve multiple units, please inquire for more information prior ti booking.

NOTE: Owners live on an adjacent property approximately 1/2 mile away and their property is not visible from this property.

Spacious retreat with beautiful views, close to hiking trails. Responsive hosts. A firepit was a great addition to the overall ambience! Highly recommend for a couples escape!

My husband and I got away for the weekend for the first time without our three children. We had a beautiful weekend at this property. It felt truly like a home away from home. It is so cozy, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. Private enough to enjoy solitude, but close enough to the town of Berkeley Springs to explore. The hosts were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I would 10/10 recommend a stay at this place!

This property was the best I have stayed at. The cleanliness of the home, the beautiful view from the large windows, the surrounding area and the friendliness of the owners was superb. I definitely recommend. You will not be disappointed.

A gorgeous property with lots of privacy. We had our own fire pit, and the hosts graciously provided fire starters, wood, and even s'mores ingredients! The bed was VERY comfortable, the bathroom was huge and modern, and the living area was cosy for a movie night. We would absolutely like to stay here again!

The rooms were very nice and clean and very well stocked for cooking etc. Amazing tea selection. The only issue we had was in finding the property but that was not the hosts fault at all. It was just simply no cell service to look up the instructions. Over all would highly recommend the property

Beautiful house & location!
So glad we got to come & enjoy this lovely home & property! Perfect accomodations our family of 3 while in town for mountain bike race at Cacapon. Owners have the home well stocked, inside & out. There's an outdoor fire pit with kindling & firewood, ready for use. Wish we had more time to spend relaxing at the property during our brief stay.

Pictures do not do this place justice ! The property , the amenities , the furnishings and decor were amazing - definitely exceeded our expectations. The bed was also very comfortable and everything was well stocked. We highly recommend it !

Weekend escape
This cabin is amazing. The firepit was our favorite part as we love being outdoors around the trees and nature. Lots of wood ready for us to use as soon as we arrived. The cabin feels way more spacious than you'd expect from a 1 bedroom/bath place and the views from the windows were stunning. When they say fully stocked kitchen, they are not kidding. There were all sorts of spices to add to our cooking. Everything was clean, in working order, and our time spent there was even better than we had hoped for. Thank you Peggi and Bill for the most wonderful time.

This place was everything and more. Very secluded, private, the view was to die for. Lots of nature around, walking paths, and the amenities were awesome. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We had no issues whatsoever! The place is so clean and has all you need. We cant wait to go back!

Wonderful Getaway
Beautiful, quiet, and private retreat in the hills outside of Berkeley Springs! Minutes from all the activities in town. Check in and owner communication was excellent. The cabin was spotless, beautiful inside, and nicely decorated/equipped. Great views of the nearby hills. Would definitely go back again!!

Gorgeous Appalachian Haven
My wife and I spent a week enjoying nearby activities such as hiking, golf, horseback riding, and exploring Berkeley Springs, and retreating to this gorgeous and welcoming haven nestled in the Appalachian Mountains was a treat, time and time again. It's a beautiful home and property -- thoughtfully well-stocked by the hosts -- that manages to feel both spacious and cozy at the same time! THANK YOU!
