"The issue with our stay was cleanliness related, and the owners should probably look into a new cleaning staff. When we arrived at 5 (after check in) the property had not been cleaned. The cleaner arrived shortly after we did, and right before I was going to call the property manager. We agreed to wait until she was finished cleaning since sometimes things happen. "We needed a place in Charleston to go to the Marine Corps Ball with our daughter. This was the perfect place for a family get away. Beautiful house and location. My wife even forgot and left HER pillow at the house the owner immediately mailed it to us. Definitely will stay here again and recommend anyone comeing to Charleston to give it a try. "

"Overall experience was great. Only issues we had were the main kitchen sink had a bad leak at one point during the week. And 1 of the 2 dishwashers shorts out and did not work. Other than those it was a beautiful house. Would recommend to others. "

"Perfect place for our girls weekend. Location is great as well. We each had our own room and bathroom which was a plus. It was so nice to sit in the living room each morning while having our coffee telling stories about the night before. Salty Dogs is a great hole in the wall to start your nightly adventures. Be sure to bring towels and paper products as toilet paper and paper towels were limited. Enjoy!"

"The property was clean and well-represented by the photos. It was a tidy, efficient space that worked perfectly for us (a family of 4). The management was super responsive to any questions we had. We used the pool every day—it was lovely and heated! And, the property was located at the end of a peaceful alley and it was surrounded by a beautiful garden. A truly peaceful retreat!"

"It was our first time at Folly beach and this spot was perfect! It was right by a beach access point and downtown. Besides for driving into downtown Charleston we did not need our car at all the full trip. Great place for long walks on the beach and bar crawling. "

"Olhando as fotos achei que seria realmente um hotel incrivel, e mesmo custando acima do valor de outros hoteis, escolhi estar neste hotel. Porem me deparei com um quarto minusculo, sem espaço nem mesmo para colocar as roupas. Um guarda roupa velho, bem ruim, o quarto nao se parecia em nada com as fotos do que seria o quarto escolhido e pago. Tao pequeno, tao pequeno que nao sei expressar o que eu senti de desapontamento."
