"One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. I had made a mistake when booking dates and Colleen at your front desk was so forgiving and accommodating even though I didn’t book directly. When we went to our room it didn’t have a balcony so she very generously upgraded us to an incredible room with a beautiful view to watch the sunset. We will come back and recommend to all our friends! This was southern hospitality at its best! If I could give 10 stars I would! Thanks again Coleen and Denise and...

"There's not one thing that I don't like about the host or property. This was my first experience and booking a getaway for me and my lady. I still have 3days, left and my review's are in. The owner was very pleasant and greeting, we had a nice conversation. She stopped what she was doing to greet me, I will return to this property before you can LOL "

"We did just a one night stay on our drive from Ohio to Florida, wanted a city with things to do and about halfway. We picked Charleston and found this perfect home for our stop. Great location in a quiet neighborhood where I felt safe walking our dog and close to the spots we wanted to check out. The host is great to communicate with and the house was very clean and quiet to get our rest to continue our traveling. I highly recommend. "

"We loved our stay! Teresa was very kind and accommodating, and the locations was perfect! If you turn right on Folly Road out of the neighborhood you run into Folly Beach within 15 minutes…if you turn left on Folly Road you’ll be in downtown Charleston in 10 minutes. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you Teresa!!"

"Our group really enjoyed our stay at Mo’s place. The house was very clean and well equipped. We were about 20 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from the beach. We were able to easily get Ubers to both places. Great spot!"

"This was my first tiny house experience and wish I would have stayed an extra day. The location was within 8 miles of the beach and close to food. The stove and outdoor amenities were less than expected but overall Super cute place. Would definitely stay again. "

"Stayed here to visit my son who recently moved to Charleston. The space was perfect and within driving distance of many points of interest. It had everything you could ask for. The bed was so.....comfy and the shower was wonderful. The property was very clean. The beach chairs were a nice feature. We will be back ."
