"This listing says cottage but it's an apartment. Be ready to go up stairs to get into it. The kitchen is small but fine. Everything works, but it's not especially well equipped for cooking. The coffee maker does not work. Our checkin was delayed for about 40 minutes when we arrived and we had no where to stay while waiting for our apartment. Wi Fi was very weak in the apartment and TV is like a hotel where there are certain channels available but no way to sign in to your own streaming accounts....

Very last minute as our rental home was booked.. even more last minute ours canceled and Josie was gracious enough to allow our friends to stay there in lieu of us. It was just a short walk to the beach but we often drove to transport coolers, chairs, etc. We loved seeing the horses right in our driveway! We would absolutely stay here again!! "

"This was just the right size for me. It was nicely decorated, comfy bed, plenty of charge ports. There was a handy handle in the shower to hold while stepping in/out of tub. I especially loved the top balcony, where you can sit and listen to the ocean, while star gazing. A perfect place to stay right in the ocean. "
