"I booked this accommodation for my visiting niece, her husband and their 6 year old son, and it did not disappoint anyone, one smidge. "I really enjoyed our stay. We stayed for a month while we relocated from Ohio. The owners were easily accessible and very kind. The house was clean and fully stocked. The property was secluded and the the nature all around was relaxing. The owners were knowledgeable about local attractions and places to eat. I would recommend this place especially if your looking for something off the beaten path."

"The house was perfect for us. It was the best equipped rental we have experienced. The house was located between two cute towns. The farm was very serene and peaceful but there were plenty of things to do in the area. We loved the goats who were more like dogs. They would run to the fence to be petted. "Lovely cottage separate from the owners house but on the same lot. Great views of the ocean and sunrise. Well equipped kitchenette for self-catering as there are not many restaurants near by, however there is a grocery store in the next town over. Nice to hear the frogs at night, was very soothlng. Morning will bring sounds of cockerels so if you're a light sleeper bring earplugs. There is a fairly soft double mattress and a say bed, making this a perfect getaway for a couple. "

"The Thomas Guard house made it a memorable stay in Hilo, where we came for a special family celebration. There are four large upstairs bedrooms, plus one off the dining room and two on the lower floor where the children in our group slept.
