"This place has no A/C and nowhere on the description does it list this. I came to Hawai'i to be comfortable, not stiffled nightly by humidity. The owner refused a partial refund for a 2 week stay after I expressed not wanting to stay here. I didn't expect a full refund, but at least half would have been nice. Never again using this app or service."

Only 4 towels for the 2 of us and our responsibility to wash and when we ran out of tp we were told they do not supply more than what was in the room 2 rolls.
