"The property itself is beautiful and very easy to get around Uptown from the apartment. The communication with the agency became very annoying as they make sure you don’t let anyone know you have booked through Expedia. "This was a great place right in the heart of everything downtown. The condo was really modern and has all the ammenities except For a closet. No hangers so we pulled out clothes from luggage as needed. The only thing I was Skeptical about was the bed. It seemed like a full size instead of a queen. But not an issue if you are both small. My friend slept on the sofa and was fine with it. Would definitely stay there again! "

"Roomy 3 bedroom in great location so what we needed for a weekend of exploring Charlotte and hanging out together. We were disappointed in the amenities - no extra towels, blankets or supplies, i.e. toilet paper, kleenex. The window in one bedroom was broken so it didn't close completely allowing a lot outside noise through the night. Nice spot, cute space, but could up the comfort level by adding those amenities. "

"If you're looking for a great stay for 2 or even a weekend trip this listing is perfect. It was very clean and everything we needed was provided. There were nice touches such as additional blankets and a few additional items in the bathroom such as makeup cleansing clothes, toothbrushes, etc. We were also very close to Charlotte which was nice because we could go there and come back to less traffic at this location. "

"We enjoyed staying at this beautiful apartment it was close to the Spectrum Center. I especially loved the good vibes corner great for photos. Place was clean, complex was quiet, communication with the host was great. I appreciated the air purifier in the living room. My suggestion is to change out the pillows they were flat, but that was not a deal breaker I would highly recommend and stay here again! I plan on returning in May 2025 for a comedy show."

"The apartment is quite enjoyable for a weeklong stay - it is well stocked in both the kitchen, bathrooms and the sleeping quarters. It is located in a larger complex with other apartments that are not necessarily occupied with conscientious residents. As the week progressed, more garbage appeared in the corridors, and there was an ever present odor of bad cannabis down the hall. However, these items are not the fault of the host, and I would rent from them again."
