"We Spent the last week of summer before school started back. We had a fantastic time. We spent one day in Beaufort/ Atlantic Beach and took another day to ride the ferry over to Ocracoke (that’s the best return on a single dollar ever!) The house was perfect for 4 children two adults and a dog. We had beautiful nights eating dinner on the porch and enjoying the sunsets, even the sunrises a few mornings . "This was a unique property due to its location. Although it was in a remote area, major attractions were within 30 minutes by car (and a few were only minutes away) Our host, Ruthie, was very accommodating and took us to an area fireworks show on the 4th. Her suggestions for restaurants in the immediate area were excellent! We enjoyed our chats with her and her extensive knowledge of the area was a definite plus. "Enjoyed staying at this home. The location was just far enough away from town but still close that we didn’t have to drive far to get to a store. It is close to Harker’s Is. and other beach locations. The only thing they could improve on is making the check in and out process a little more clear. The info from the website did not match the printed info from the folder we had so it was a bit confusing but nothing that caused an issue. Over all we would stay here again if we had the chance. "

"Our visit in Atlantic was so very nice. My Mom lives in Sea Level and sister lives in Atlantic. Although not my first time visiting but your sweet little cottage supplied all the comforts of home and the location was perfect for us. We visited Cedar Island for a day on the beach and took the ferry from Harkers Island to Cape Lookout. We had a wonderful stay. "
