"Excellently run facility. Liked everything about the stay except... The TV(s) were impossible to work with. Multiple remotes and minimal channel selection made viewing a bummer. Even that negative couldn't overshadow all the other superlatives."

"Nice hotel right next to the Wilmington River Walk. We were there during the Marine Corps birthday celebration and enjoyed seeing the Marines in their dress uniforms. We would have liked to have spent more time in the pretty outdoor area but there was already a large group celebrating in that area. Will definitely return for another weekend. "

"Overall trip was good. Receptionist wasnt friendly and even complained about us asking a question. Tub had weird mark so didnt use. But for a night wasnt bad."

"Everything went fine during our 3 day stay. Resteraunt closed due to remodeling was the only disappointment, reason for the 4 stars on property condition and facilities. Im sure it will be great when it opens with the dining by the beach. Coutyard and pool area nice and well lit. Only about 25 yds to water out of back of hotel."

"The location is beautiful especially with the priveate beach access. Also the main building l9kks nice and well maintained. Our room was in one of the side buildings. There as soon as you leave the room itself it feels a bit dirty and worn down. The doors and walls in the hallway have bumps and scratches. The carpet is torn and has stains. But the worst are the stair cases. The windows are covered with spider webs and dead bugs. All of this could be avoided easily and would lead to a better...
