Some asked us if we lived there because we didnt act like a typical tourist i will warn you, if you can not adapt to island life with only 2 places on the island to eat and 1 small mini mart, then dont stay here. "Plenty of space for everyone. Great pool with lots of toys and inflatables. Arranged for a yoga instructor and had a beautiful session for five of us on the upper deck. Yoga with an ocean view! Walking distance to Northside Grind coffee shop which has been a family favorite over the years. Steps to Stone Farmhouse Restaurant where the food and service were amazing. The home came well equipped overall. My husband and I stayed in the lower level and our young adult family members stayed above....

"I you stay on the top level, this house is really amazing because of the infinity pool overlooking great cruz bay! The lower level really needs some TLC, especially the bathroom holes in drywall, moldy grout, and lack of working lights in the shower."

"View was great. Highly recommend making sure you drive to the property in daylight since there’s no signage to indicate where the house is, making it a bit stressful to find in the dark. Otherwise a cool spot, good communication with the host."

"We had an awesome time in St. John, and. Poi Pu villa was in a great location. Only 5 mins to Cruz Bay, we explored all the surrounding neighborhoods on foot, gaining beautiful vantage points of the island around every corner. A few days of our week stay (July) were incredibly hot so the dipping pool and rooms with AC were key. We learned to time our outings with the scheduled power outages in the PMs. We couldn’t quite figure out how to keep the open air living and kitchen mosquito free, but...

Christy lives on the island and we couldn’t have asked for better communication. She rented her jeep to us. We have a small family and it was perfect. It was amazing to have somebody on the island only a phone call or text away. She was so accommodating and made special arrangements for us for pick up and drop off with the jeep. Communications with the owner before our stay and with the property managers during our stay was excellent. St. Thomas, St. John and Triton's Overlook did not disappoint. "We had an 8 day stay on St John with my family of 4. The house is lovely and very well equipped. The views from the house are absolutely amazing. It was close to Cruz bay which was nice and beaches were just a short drive away. The owners were very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again. The one downside - and this is no fault of the owners - but there were rolling power outages on the island during our entire stay, which was difficult to deal with."

"This place was everything and more! Very roomy, clean, pool, all the amenities and a stunning overviews. On the down side the water pressure was extremely low, was hard to find, and the dryer was very loud. Other than that this was an amazing stay. We did not try to contact anyone but want them to know. Would definitely stay here again. "

"This place was a good choice. The room was recently renovated with a well stocked kitchenette. The wifi was solid, which was needed as I work remotely. I was happy with the gym. The hot water was strong. Good view from the balcony. No complaints. "

Hotel falido e funcionários mal educados

"O Hotel está falido. Há décadas sem manutenção, tudo quebrado. O serviço, sem dúvida, foi o pior que já vi. Com falta de funcionários e os poucos que trabalham são extremamente rudes e mal educados. Não há qualquer tipo de auxílio aos hóspedes, as coisas básicas faltam… a limpeza é inexistente, o hotel parece um cenário de guerra. Chuveiro não funciona, vaso sanitário não funciona, é tanta sujeira e cabelo de outros hóspedes que chega ser assustador. Ficamos 2 dias no hotel e a experiência foi a pior que já tive, nunca tinha visto gente tão mal educadas, desde os hóspedes até os funcionários. Fujam pq é uma furada."
