"Joel‘s place is absolutely amazing. We had three adult couples in our party. I didn’t expect the set up and it was absolutely amazing. One of the bedrooms was downstairs and very private. Upstairs there were two separate buildings so each couple got their own building. We absolutely loved it and it did not disappoint. "Loved the house and guest house arrangement. This is really 3 2 bedroom units and one lower efficiency. Each unit has one or two bathrooms plus laundry. Lots of privacy with a great common space great room and outdoor pool and veranda. The only glitch, compared to other VRBO stays, is that the owner does not list the property owner within the VRBO app, so messaging within the app does not work. This is a hassle, since you have to go looking for emails and communicating with Caribbean...

"Joel’s place was exceptional! The pictures do not do it justice. I wish I knew ahead of time, a wonderful man named Curlis meets you at the airport ( he met us at our rental car co) he escorts you to the house. I did not realize how mountainous it is and driving stinks. We hired Curlis several times and our rental sat in the driveway. This was our Christmas gift for our adult children and their partner and spouse. All agree, one of the top vacations ever! "

"The house was more than we expected. Beautifully decorated. Fresh flowers in vases . Local and historical art work . Everything you needed for beach, snorkel gear, float toys, coolers, beach chairs. Did I mention the view? spectacular. "

"So many good things about this property! First off, the property manager was excellent. She responded to every question or need. She also helped me see my first octopus in the ocean, so cool! The property is clean and is close to town which is nice. The view is beautiful!!! Everything you need is at the property to have a great stay. They have beach chairs and noodles which is nice. Air conditioning works great in every room! We would easily stay here again, highly recommend!!"

Hotel falido e funcionários mal educados

"O Hotel está falido. Há décadas sem manutenção, tudo quebrado. O serviço, sem dúvida, foi o pior que já vi. Com falta de funcionários e os poucos que trabalham são extremamente rudes e mal educados. Não há qualquer tipo de auxílio aos hóspedes, as coisas básicas faltam… a limpeza é inexistente, o hotel parece um cenário de guerra. Chuveiro não funciona, vaso sanitário não funciona, é tanta sujeira e cabelo de outros hóspedes que chega ser assustador. Ficamos 2 dias no hotel e a experiência foi a pior que já tive, nunca tinha visto gente tão mal educadas, desde os hóspedes até os funcionários. Fujam pq é uma furada."
