"This place was amazing and all of the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Felt bad for some of them because some of the tourists/guests were very rude towards the staff. Hope guests act accordingly towards the staff members. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The facility and amenities were great. I had a lot of great photos. Will definitely recommend this place."

"The breakfast buffet was excellent, but unfortunately there are no dinner buffet options. We had to go to another Henann for that. The beach was nice and fairly well kept, but sometimes needed a bit of cleanup. The service for helping with activities was very helpful, and the airport shuttle was well implemented. Overall we enjoyed our stay and glad we chose Henann."

"What an amazing vacation spot! The view from my room left me in awe! The beach is beautiful, the pools always had lifeguards and were so kind. The breakfast buffet in the morning was so delicious and had so many choices of foods from different countries. Staff was amazing and provided exceptional customer service. "We were assgned a room on the 2nd floor but we booked a sea room. Informed them and they moved us to 4th floor just like the one in their ad. Readily obliged and resolved. Staff are genuinely warm and friendly. The beach is right outside of property and clean. Sand is like stepping on memory foam, soft, firm and not grainy. An overall wonderful guest experience!"

"The Hotel is located in an amazing place near the sea. There you can do snorkel an see a lot of fishes and even turtles. Also the Hotel is 15m away by tuc tuc from a beach with restaurants and bars. Our room was very small but ok. No tv. The breakfast was ok not amazing as was not the food in the bar. But overall the Hotel is a good deal very relaxing and in a pretty place."

"Front desk was so helpful and nice. They even decorated for my son’s birthday and the restaurant staff gave him a cake and sang for him on his birthday which was a surprise to us. Beach in front of hotel was beautiful!! On our last day a lot of the staff came outside and waved goodbye until we left. Would definitely stay there again! "
