" Et nydelig sted hvor man får en fantastisk service uten at personaøet er påtrengende. Hele området er ekstremt opparbeidet og ingenting er opp til tilfeldighetene. Bassenget, strandområdet, restaurantene og aktivitetsmulighetene var helt utmerket. Det eneste som kan trekke noe ned, var at frokosten var ganske støyende innendørs. Skulle gjerne sett at det var mulig å spise frokost andre steder dersom man var på.utk8kk etter fred og ro."

"Overall it was a good stay, with a great location right on the beach. The kids club and the beach club bar was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful, probably just overwhelmed at times such as at the breakfast buffet and reception. There was a Phizer conference on at the resort which took over a fair bit of the resort and was fairly loud. I found the overall interactions with the front office not great. When we arrived it was certainly chaotic. We got to a checkin person we were told...

"Having stayed at all inclusive and or resort properties on 6 continents, I can say this was one of, if not the best. It is not all inclusive, and can be considered expensive for South East Asia, but it was well worth the price. It was less money per night than the Hilton Saigon Executive Lounge Floor, and offered more amenities. The staff are exceptional, and are the main reason I rTe this gorgeous proprty so high. Great rest and relation befor the long journey back to Boston. The spa was epic....

"We stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights. It is just a few steps away from the white sand beach of Panglao. The staff are warm, friendly and accommodating. The place is clean, though there are some ants in the cabinet so make sure you don't put any food there, keep it in the small fridge or on top of the side table. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we will surely go back to Hayahay@genesis"
