"The staff are amazingly pleasant to deal with. When we arrived the air conditioner in our room was dripping water onto the couch and we were instantly moved to another room. Later, the WiFi in the room was too weak for my notebook to use and they quickly installed a router to make working there possible (Thanks!). There is a grocery store in the basement of the building that was a wonderful treat. My wife used their in-room massage service twice and loved it. There is a taxi rank in front...

"What I like about 101 condo is they are very helpful and clean. communication with the host needs to improve a little bit. It took us a while before they saw our reservation, idk why? Oh another thing their electric stove is not working so we have a hard time cooking. But overall they are good,safe and clean.. "

"Good place to stay but very nosisy with the moterbike tfaffic all day. Started to quiet down around 1030 pm. Staff was awsome and helpful. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice. On the day of the breakfast buffet id suggest they keep the food hot. I had them microwave my plate. Pool was cool and cery nice for a dip and views off the pool dect were great."

"Every thing was really good. Property was easy to locate. Walking distance to a transport terminal, mall and supermarket. Local food also nearby. Staff was attentive and helpful. Room was clean and appliances were new. I would definitely stay again. "

"Their advertising is very misleading. They show a picture of a rice cooker, a hot pot and a drink kettle but when I asked them about it, they said no that is for a different type of room, but the pictures were listed for the room that I reserved. They’re dishonest And the area is some distance from the commercial area and they air-conditioning took four hours to cool off the room and the Wi-Fi was not working the first day had to change to a different after complaining "

"There was a majot problem with the air conditioner unit and the owner of the unit tried to make it persay, seem that it was getting fixed but it was just not working after 3 days attemtping to make it happen so i checked out early and paid only amount of my usage and the owner didnt even offer any discount or c9nsideration for the broken a/c unit that made the room super hot. Horrible but instayed at the Sébastien Hotel in Mactan and it was similar price and nice and cool and very secure feeling...

"Staffs needs training,very unprofessional. I asked one of the guard where our Room Is located, He just used his mouth/lips to point I didnt know What he was doing.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL😡Not even telling us which building our Room Is located . NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!! The lady that was helping us at first ,She let us wait outside For awhile & was Really HOT so thats why we asked the guard instead STIILL NOT HELPING AT ALL !!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS !!!STAFFS NEEDS TRAINING .. "

"Hotel incrível, tudo muito bonito e funcional. Os quartos precisam de uma atualização de iluminação, tudo muito escuro e antigo em se tratando de luz ! Mas compensa pelo restante. Tudo funciona, é limpo e com comodidades ! Recomendo "

Good but not enough for the price

"The hotel is good but maybe a 4*sup. There are room for improvements. Examples: - our robes were taken by the lady that made our room We asked the reception to send new ones, they never appeared - to return the pool towel it took me about 20 min, just because I didn’t change it every single day. That wasn’t said in the beginning. - we ordered an expresso and a cappuccino in the pool and at first it was brought in papers cup. The guy says that is a policy that in the pool always has to serve things in this kind of cups. For a 5* hotel, can’t understand this. A porcelain cup should be provided. - in the pool, near the cafe bakery, the bell to call the waiter was really annoying. It rang every 10 seconds! "

Espetacular em todos os aspectos.

"A localização é maravilhosa em frente a praia em uma área com pouca pessoas de dia e agito e ótimo movimento a noite, mas silêncio e privacidade total para os hospedes. O atendimento do hotel é espetacular, o melhor que já tive na vida, todos funcionários super preparados, educados, prestativos, simpáticos. O hotel e lindo e confortável, a praia é linda, tudo é perfeito, e as comidas deliciosas."
