"Overall the staff and property are wonderful. The pools could be cleaned a bit more but we enjoyed the lagoon and paddle boarding. Food options were not great, portions were small and often the descriptions did not match the meals. I highly recommend use of the spa facilities as the treatments are relaxing and the staff is great. A bit more ease in transportation would be great, more shuttle time options. Overall recommend anyone to this resort."

The positive things are: The rooms are very clean included bathroom, the swimming pool is very nice even since this year you always have to get a "ticket" for going into the swimming pool from the receiption which is boring because you have to do that everyday!!! It is not fine at all. Who introduced that? I think it was the manager or the boss of this hotel. PLease change that! Not normal at all for hotel guests! Nowhere in this world I experienced...
