"Wonderful hotel with helpful staff, clean and comfortable accommodations, and convenient location! My sister and I stayed in a deluxe double studio which had a very nice layout and view of Venice Beach. The hotel provides nice toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap) and free beach chair, shark tooth sifters, and umbrella rentals. Complimentary bottled water and delicious pastries were available each day. It was a great stay and we would stay again!"
"The only issue we had is we asked till what time the restaurant was going to be open, and we’re informed till 10pm. When we ordered at 9:32pm we were told they had to close early and did not inform us about it. So gave us just one option of meal. It was frustrating because we choose this hotel due to be able to have dinner at the hotel to save some time. Besides that, it is a great hotel "

"Very clean and cute place to stay! Family friendly, large pool with hot tubs, water front bar and restaurant. Activities, coffee shop on site. Very cool spot would stay again."

"First day 2 lifts were broken, no one informed about this at check in, second day all the lifts were broken, not a word from anyone to apologize. Difficult to understand how could they keep the hotel open under this condition. Difficult to understand how they could not the lifts fixed in the US. Room very noisy with the a/c machine just next to the bed."
"Would be an excellent choice if it wasn't so so outdated. The location is awesome, the beach amazing. The bar and patio area are much nicer than the rest of the hotel. The rooms have nice beds, good shower and pillows and lining. But the overall look of the decoration, walls etc bring you back to the 80's.....the layout is from a roadside motel, with outside corridors and the only window that one on the side of the entrance door. Front desk is also very old and outdated. Hopefully some fund will agree to invest a few hundred million dollars on a revamp of the property and bring it back to full glory Also please be aware of the quite high resort daily fee."
