"Like access to the restaurant and pool. Been 2 years in a row. Very clean, and staff was great! Both years parade people took over the pool. Unfortunately, rules were not followed in the pool area. "

"The location was perfect for downtown access. We walked to the entire Bay Park, downtown, and surrounding neighborhoods—excellent shops and restaurants. Sarasota has a friendly, warm atmosphere with a plethora of events. This is the place to stay if you want to experience what downtown offers. The space was more than comfortable for two people, and the king-size bed was a haven of relaxation. We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed every minute. Thank you, Stephanie! "It is exactly what the pictures show. It’s a shed converted into a hotel room. It was clean, secure, and suitable for a single traveler. The bed was smaller but I managed to fit on it. I’m 6’2” and 250lbs. The A/C was small but it worked very well. The property is surrounded by a locking fence/gate. The room has a deadbolt that can only be locked from the inside. The property is really pretty. It’s walking distance from a few craft breweries, food trucks, and coffee shops. I would stay here...

"Perfect for a single person or couple to stay. Truly had the best sleep in a long time here! Everything that you could need for a comfortable stay was provided. Would highly recommend this little gem. Very quiet neighborhood. "

"This room was comfortable for myself and my two children 9 and 7. The beds were comfortable and new. The sheets didn’t stay on the mattresses very well though. The dresser and nightstand had more than adequate storage space for clothes for a week. Mugs, cups and silverware were available and a large refrigerator. The location was easy to access beaches and stores nearby. The tiki bar is delicious and we tried several food items and they were great. The service was fairly slow whether it was busy...

"Perfect little cottage for me and my husband as we don't stay in the room except to shower and sleep! Perfect location, just a few steps to the sand. Would definitely book again!"

"The property is within Ramada hotel and it is pretty run down. It was on the second floor no view. We had to keep curtains closed all day for privacy. "

"Property was fine. There were hangers but no rod to hang them on. Also, no real place to hang wet towels. The shower doors do not really keep the water from leaking out and soaking the floor around the toilet. Other than these couple small things, the room was good. WiFi was pretty bad but not anything the owners can do about that."

"Exactly as described. The owners did a great job of renovating an old beach motel into a beautifully updated property. Two heated pools, convenient location and the best shower heads make for a really nice weekend getaway. Can’t wait to come back!"

"Minha terceira estadia neste hotel mas desta vez o quarto em que ficamos se apresentava muito antigo e precisando de teformas. Os aparelhos eletrodomésticos eram velhos, geladeira barulhenta demais e o armário simplesmente caiu só de abrir a porta, quebrando todos os copos. O hotel precisa de uma renovação urgente. "

Outdated hotel in an amazing location

"Would be an excellent choice if it wasn't so so outdated. The location is awesome, the beach amazing. The bar and patio area are much nicer than the rest of the hotel. The rooms have nice beds, good shower and pillows and lining. But the overall look of the decoration, walls etc bring you back to the 80's.....the layout is from a roadside motel, with outside corridors and the only window that one on the side of the entrance door. Front desk is also very old and outdated. Hopefully some fund will agree to invest a few hundred million dollars on a revamp of the property and bring it back to full glory Also please be aware of the quite high resort daily fee."

"Quarto espaçoso, c 2 ambientes: sala e quarto. Cama confortável, lençóis macios, chuveiro forte. Limpissimo. Na recepção ha caixa eletrônico e vending machines Há 2 restaurantes a 5 minutos d caminhada. Café da manhã bem simples, no padrão americano Já ferro p passar roupa, lavanderia p hóspedes, piscina"
