Had everything that was needed to enjoy the beach. Loved the quietness of the location and its easy access to other beaches, stores, and restaurants. Will definitely keep this place on our list for future travel."

"All was great. Only want to point out that the door leading into bathroom was stuck and appears to be water damaged or rotted in the bottom. Also could not turn on the main light by living room/kitchen area. Not complaining, just thought you should know. "

"This is a 5 star rental in every way! Impressively clean, spectacular view, welcoming ofurnishings and beautiful neighborhood…everything you could need and want I traveled with my young adult kids to visit an elderly relative. This place was just perfect, most specifically because there were great things for the kids to do when they grew weary of the “old folks”…kayaking, fishing, swimming pool…we all enjoyed every inch of it! Jesse was a hero! He did so much to help us salvage our vacation...

"Location was great, right off Pine and very near great restaurants, ice cream, shops, pier and small Bay beach. Direct shot down to the bigger beach and easy to find street parking. Very clean, great space, unique layout but kids had no problem sleeping on the trendle and sleeper couch."

"One block away from the beach!!!! Had a minor issue with the property, called the property Manager , very friendly , and she took care of the situation immediately. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and fun events. Excellent visit!!!"

"Property and house was nice. The pool area was private. Our only complaint was reading all the rules they had written down that you are supposed to follow. Example, completely clean the grill or be charged $100. We decided not to use it. Everything needs to be exactly where it was. You are told you need to do some cleaning while there. While I'm sure everyone does that don't like being told I have to. Also says all towels should be cleaned the morning you leave except one dirty one for each...
