Meu quarto tinha um odor desagradável vindo do carpete e solicitei a troca do quarto que foi concedida, mas o quarto continuou com o cheiro! Acabei desistindo de solicitar outra troca. Cheiro de carpete é horrível para alérgicos como meu marido. Outra coisa que achei estranha foi não pedirem nossos passaportes no momento do check in. Não sei se foi porque chegamos tarde, mas achei muito inseguro por parte do hotel…"
