We flew into Heathrow in the afternoon and made the booking after 3pm. On the booking we had asked if any accessible rooms but we never received a response. On arrival I went in to find out that they didnāt have wheelchair friendly rooms. As one off the guests is a paraplegic, and the only rooms were upstairs, the hotel was to our needs. I asked for a refund only to be told the booking should have been cancelled one hour before 3pm being a check in date. If this hotel had responded to our request when we asked if rooms were accessible for a wheelchair .. then we would have cancelled the booking. Two nights accommodation basically wasted
