"This is a beautiful home with plenty of potential and room for a great family get together. We had several issues with the cleanliness; the listing said there were basic cleaning supplies provided but there was only dish soap. We had to buy trash bags, Lysol, paper towels. The were no dish rags or dish towels for dishes. The kitchen faucet was very loose as was the faucet in upstairs bathroom, upstairs toilet leaked through the ceiling/light fixture to the downstairs bathroom. I sent messages to...

"Unable to get into property with provided instructions. Contacted owner to confirm instructions. She verified info was corrected then went ghost for hours while my family waited outside. Neither vrbo or I was able to contact her. Then hrs later after we gave up and decided to stay elsewhere, she randomly messaged, where you able to get in? Also the gate to access property fell off completely when we entered. "

"We had a large family gathering to celebrate our son’s Law School graduation and the house was a perfect setup with game room, pool, deck and yard, 2nd living area upstairs, study, and plenty of beds and baths. The area was fabulous near galleria with restaurants and an Randall’s grocery, Starbucks, total wine, nearby and walking trail adjacent to Tanglewood was perfect with our dog. Kitchen was nice and large with 2 fridges to store all our food for our meals in. Great set up! "
