"We loved our stay in this quiet little home. Its large windows help you feel like you are in the pines next to the lake without leaving the comfort of the inside. We came in December and we didn't play outside much but it looks heavenly! Fire pit and access to the little lake is right there. This listing says it can stay 7 people however I think 4 is more reasonable. There is a blow up mattress that you can air up in the master and a hide a bed in the ottoman (but it was very dusty and unclean)....

"Beautiful property and a working cattle ranch. Took the family and 2 grandkids. Fishing was a bit difficult, but lots of other fishing spots close by. We liked feeding the horses carrots. Cows were great to see all around. Ranch manager Tim was really helpful with tips. Nice ranch to hike all over. "

"We loved our short stay at this rental. The lack of wifi and limited service meant that we put down our phones and spent some real quality time together. We read books and mountain-gazed from the back porch. The house is definitely quirky, but not in a way that is unexpected for the area and we appreciated all of it’s unique details. We were in town for a wedding and this home was the perfect respite from the social overstimulation of a large celebration."
