"We stayed at this nice house during our family trip to Yosemite."

"We absolutely loved the house - beautiful and new in every way! The location was perfect for walking to the beach and town. We've been renting different houses at Kings Beach for decades and this is our new favorite. We definitely hope to come back again, so we only have a couple small suggestions. The weather was gorgeous (early Sept) and after the beach, we wanted to sit on the front porch, but it was way too sunny and hot without an umbrella or two. Also, a sectional for the living room...

"Thoroughly enjoyed our week at Sunset Chalet. The over the top characteristic was the stunning views of Lake Tahoe from our deck. Chalet was exceptionally clean and well stocked with thoughtful amenities. Host was immediately available to resolve an issue when the area power was shut down and we called her cell phone. Would we return- absolutely."

"THIS IS A VACASA PROPERTY, NOT DIRECTLY VRBO. COMMUNICATION IS FULL OF CHATBOTS. RESERVE AT YOUR OWN RISK! The room was very clean. Some of the amenities were not available. If you 100% need Wi-Fi, so not stay here. Communication was terrible. On the surface it seems great, but they obviously use chat bots and talking to real person and someone local happens out of sheer luck. Coffee supplies would be nice for arrival. No Wi-Fi means no TV. If you just want a place to crash and that's it, this...

"Was pretty clean and cozy. There were some cobwebs and lots of dust we could see on the ceiling beams and on some of the furniture like the side of bed tables. WiFi was fine on our phones. Tv worked way better when we hotspotted to a phone. Otherwise it was great "

"Beautiful house, perfect for my family off eight"

"My wife and I booked this cabin for a long weekend. The location was perfect! We enjoyed it being close enough to the village square it was an easy drive but far enough away that we were able to avoid the crowded areas. The unit was extremely clean! The amenities were off the charts! We had access to everything we could have wanted and more! There was plenty of space for my wife and I along with our two dogs! I would definitely recommend staying here! Hard to imagine a nicer place to be! "

"Stayed here for a group ski trip. We had 9 adults, and there were plenty of beds & space for everyone. Excellent location, the Northstar shuttle made it really easy to get to the mountain and back. You can call it from an app in the morning, and then just hop on and give your destination in the afternoon. Private hot tub was a great amenity in the backyard. "The bedding was very thin and not complete sets for either bed. The room smelled like a backed up drain and musty. The shower is unsafe as it has no light inside, it’s very dark behind shower curtain and the water turns scorching hot on its own. The room is also lacking plug outlets, only one under tv opposite side of the room from nightstand and definitely no usb plugs either. Property lacking any landscaping, just dirt.Very disappointing."
