"My stay was good, as usual, but this time I paid for a ocean view suite and got a side view with partial parking lot view, not the same as the ones I stayed before. It was a bit frustrating, I try to change my room at the frontdesk but none was available. "I stayed at the Gjelina hotel over a weekend to get some intense work done away from the distractions of home. The staff were incredibly helpful, shoutout to Elliot especially. Lots of places to sit and hang out (or work) like the rooftop terrace, the courtyard, and even the lobby. Great to have Ocean Front Walk right there for high energy breaks and walks. The room was surprisingly quiet for one block from the beach."

"This is one of the old buildings that sit right on the boardwalk in Venice Beach. It is a back apartment but when you go out the door and turn towards the beach you are on the boardwalk in about five seconds!! The listing said it might be a little noisy and there were lots of people coming and going between the buildings but it was not bad and we knew this when we rented it. We would stay again."
