"Susan was the absolute best host. She was extremely responsive from the minute the reservation was booked. "I was expecting at least 3 days supply of towels for a weeks stay. However they brought more on the 4th day. Limited kitchen dishes and pots however enough to make it through. DONT follow the Expedia GPS directions, lost for 2 hours. Property manager had to come get us. When we arrived the GPS said we still had more distance to go. Overall a good stay, would probably stay there again for the price. Outdoor amenities are awesome. "

"The check-in was the beginning of our amazing stay. Our plane was delayed and we didn’t get in until 1 o’clock. Catherine made sure the car was waiting for us at the airport got us there, she was there to help us check in, and she even had left us some snacks. Which, given the very late delay on the flight and everything being closed by the time we landed was a godsend. The unit itself is exactly as described and the location is wonderful! We would definitely stay in this unit again."

"The review for The Palms is pretty much a review for Turks and Caicos. Overall one of the most beautiful places we’ve been, but unfortunately still with a poor infrastructure to accommodate so many tourists. Grace Bay is definitely the place to stay in Provo. The Palms is a gorgeous hotel, with nice, spacious rooms, a wonderful pool, right at the beach! The cons: horrible internet connection — seriously don’t expect to be able to browse much; breakfast only until 10.30 (and after 10am food stops being replaced). Although we loved the beach, rooms and pool, everything seems a bit overrated and overpriced."
