"We had to walk up a grassy hill from the driveway that was difficult for me as an 85 yr old woman. The apt. is under the owner,s house and we could here a dog running around and a child crying and running. "

I would only recommend that blackout curtains be added to all the windows in the condo. There are bright flood lights outside all of the units in the condo complex that keep the interior of condo well lit throughout the night, which made it difficult for everyone in our party to sleep, in addition to a train that ran along a nearby train track three to four times a night."

"Not too bad of a little house for a quick overnight stay. The pictures do the place justice. We arrived after dark and in the rain. There needs to be a sidewalk from the back parking area to the front door for apt. #2. The front steps could be a safety issue. They have no railing and are short. The first thing we saw in the bedroom was a spider web and a spider. We used the vacuum cleaner to rid that issue! The place is nice and clean. It could use some touch up paint on certain areas.
