"Property is one block off of downtown but surrounded by some very rundown properties which made it interesting coming in at night. Communications with owner were timely and detailed. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. Comfortable bedding. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in both bathrooms. Nice selection of vinyl records and coffee pods for Keurig. The kitchen cabinets and floors are not the cleaniest. Very sticky. Dishes are in good shape but pans and utensils were not in good shape....

"We were in town for a couple days visiting family. We were not necessarily looking for downtown but if that was your goal it’s a great location. We enjoyed the cleanliness and it accommodated our family. The living room furniture is stylish but in my opinion not very comfortable. Everything else was 10/10. If back in the area we would rent again."

"We had a speaking engagement near by and needed to just stay one night. Our arrival time was to be anywhere from 8-10 pm. The contactless check in went very smoothly due to the excellent communication with the owners. Everything was clean and it was very quiet even though it is located in the hear of the downtown district. "

"Lou's Loft was situated perfectly for our trip to the area. We were very comfortable during our stay, and lacked for nothing. There is road noise, but the hosts provided a white noise machine in the front room to help with that. If you're looking for a place that is close enough to everything, without being in the middle of it all, Lou's Loft is a fantastic option. We would stay here again without hesitation!"

"A very old historical apartment. We were on the 3rd floor which was great. The floor is beautiful but it creaks very loudly. I’ve been in construction my whole life and I know that very old buildings creak! Not sure I would want to be on 2nd floor, but the apartment is clean and very spacious. I would definitely recommend it, and happily stay there again. Our view was awesome!"

"This house is so nice! We loved sitting on the deck and listening to the river flow by. It was so peaceful and just what we needed. The house was very clean and well maintained. It was well stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. We did lots of fishing and town is minutes away with lots of great food to try.We will definitely be staying again. "Gary & Patti's cabin was perfect for a group of 4 friends. We went on a fly fishing trip on the South Holston river, and it was close enough to get an early start on the day. The cabin itself is great. Plenty of room and Wifi/streaming worked well. We used the grill and the fire pit a lot. It was secluded with plenty of fun amenities. Would highly recommend if you want an outdoor stay with modern amenities! Property manager, Phil, was great :)"
