"This was basically like having my own studio apartment for the week. Very pleasant and comfortable, pretty much everything was there for normal living needs. Secure parking is available. Nice outdoor shaded seating area, separate shed with laundry facilities. All checking in and out done remotely, with codes provided for access. A nice change from the normal hotel room...I would absolutely stay here again. :-)"

"We absolutely loved the place and the location. Very comfortable and roomy. Clean and so hip. We will definitely stay here again. Such a great find!!My only complaint was I like to be able to text with a person, not a BOT. It makes you feel more secure about your trip, and it's a very nice personal touch. I feel like there are a lot of fees tacked on these days, and it would be nice for that to include interaction with a person."

"Everything was so nice! A lot better than what I expected for the price! The view off the balcony was off the top of a roof but you can also see the bridge so it was 100% worth it! The entrance doors locked at a certain time so it was very safe! Great area walking distance from everything. Only thing i would have to say is bundle up because i tried to cut the heat on due to them having the air on 60 when we walked in but it wouldn’t come on. "

"Angenehme Wohnung in angenehmer Umgebung, nur 10 min Fußweg bis Beale Street. Ein paar Dinge funktionierten nicht, wie das beworbene Schlafsofa und die Rücklehne des einzigen Sessels war lose. Alles andere war gut: die Klimaanlage, das saubere Bad. Man konnte sogar Wäsche waschen. Der Eigentümer war gut telefonisch erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir würden trotz der kleinen Mängel wieder dort übernachten."

"This property was nice. There were tons of toiletries and snacks. In the listing, it states that there is a pull out couch bed but there is not one in the apartment. You can hear the neighbors walking around upstairs as well. There is also a smoky/weed smell, but that is not the host’s fault. Overall, this is a nice cozy little spot. "

"Was informed 1/2 day before our arrival that property needed repairs and would not be available. We were offered a different property that turned out to be awful. Poorly maintained, rusty stove, peeling paint,etc. Left the property almost immediately and had to scramble to find alternate lodging..2 days later still have not seen our funds refunded. Needless to say we will try to avoid Patroy Homes in the future"
