"House was very nice, in a quiet neighborhood. 5 minutes to Publix. The host was responsive and accommodating. My only critique would be that maybe a couple of different pan options, 1 with a lid. I used the kitchen because I was visiting my husband and stepson who are working out of town and living in a hotel, wanted to make them feel at home."

"The bridge to the property has a steep drop off that scraped the bottom of my car. Getting in the lockbox for the key was difficult ,had to go to neighbor for property manager info. due to no wifi at the cabin to use cell phone . No heat in the bathrooms . Would only recommend if these problems was addressed."

"While working on a new TV show I needed a setting on the doe river. Figured I'd spend the night by myself since we had the house anyway. We did some video during the day on the riverbank and it was nothing short of a dream like setting. It was easy and the neighbors were polite and can't wait to go back. Thanks"

"We had a wonderful time! It was perfect for us. The view was beautiful and the house was updated. There is a fence in the backyard even. We have tall men in our family and the living room seating was very comfortable with leather couches that reclined. We spent Christmas there and would do it again. The host was reachable and very nice. I am so pleased. "

"A great place for large family. Clean. Convenient to stores, restaurants, quiet. My only complaint is the dangerous driveway which should have been mentioned in the description of property. It is very, very steep and scary. Other than that, we had a nice stay and enjoyed the house!!"

"We stayed at this property to be close to family we were visiting. The home was very clean and we appreciated the layout- big kitchen open to the living room. Rocking chairs on the front porch were nice. There was a dog that lived nearby that was on the property/porch whenever we came home. He was very friendly. Heavier blankets would have been nice as the beds only had a sheet and a thin bedspread, no additional linens were in the closets. Overall we would stay here again for the location and...

"I came down to surprise my best friend for her birthday bc she goes to school down here it was a very easy check and didn’t have to do much before we left the host is very accommodating and check on us after our first night it’s a very nice and clean place. It also kept us entertained there are games and a Wii you can use but over all had a great time and would dusty here again "

"Absolutely the most relaxing and worry free trip I have every experienced. Cabin is perfect and had exactly as posted amenities. PO was very accessible and checked in several times to ensure we had no problems. As an added treat, seven deer standing in the yard the morning we departed. "

"We had a great stay on property. This is a great property to stay if your are in Johnson City. I will stay here again in the future."

"This is our 3rd. Thanksgiving stay. We choose Fisherman’s dream for the views, fishing and the house is always clean and decorated with a cute cabin feel with the closeness of town a few min. Away. Just watch out for the bear in the kitchen in the middle of the night. If you don’t believe us book a stay and find out for yourself. "

"We visit a couple of times a year to visit my husbands family, it was our first time not staying in a hotel and we had the best time. The apartment is well furnished, we didn’t cook with it just being the two of us, but if we needed to it was well stocked which is good to know for when we do come back with our kids. The road noise didn’t bother us because of the white noise machine, we will be back."

"We spent a couple of nights at this lovely quaint cabin while traveling through Tennessee. It far exceeded our expectations. A wonderful place to sit back, relax, watch the snow fall and be entertained by the peacocks, read and just enjoy the beauty of the property. Very clean, comfortable, warm and we loved hearing the history of the property. We look forward to returning again as we visit Tennessee. "
