"The hotel has been going through updates since it changed hands a couple years ago. The floor I stayed on was updated and very comfortable. They started to renovate the third floor while I was there so there was a bit of noice. I was advised when I booked that this was happening. The noice was kept to working hours and it was not too bad. The area that you get breakfast needs to have an update done, it looks like it had some paint and wall paper done a bit ago but it needs a renovation as it is...

"Stayed here twice during the course of a week. (in rooms next to each other) Its obvious work has been done and i liked the hotel and the atmosphere. The food in the bar was very noice, reasonable and good size portions. If i am ever back in the area i wouldnt think twice to stay here again."

We were there from Sydney for a family reunion for 3 nights and had the best stay and the comfort and friendliness was outstanding .would recommend anyone to stay here as it’s so close to Tipperary town . All the staff members I interacted with were extremely helpful, friendly and very professional. My room was on the ground floor and was superb. The bed was so comfortable. The room was large and very well decorated and very clean and tidy, I had a cooked breakfast the following morning and this was excellent."
