"We passed an unforgettable week at the old farmhouse near Doon. This house, where Tom, the owner, grew up, is very comfortable an generously equipped ( kitchen, food, timber for the stove, interesting books about farmer life in the past, Irish history sightseeing...). Not far: Cashel Castle, Waterfalls, important prehistoric sites, Limerick. Tom is full of ideas for trips in the surroundings and for local events. We enjoyed a fascinating week at a peaceful place."

Walking the country roads we enjoyed the roadside flowers and nature. Historical sites were very close and easy to get to."
