"Had a nine hole miniature golf course which we enjoyed. Staff in the office was excellent. Indoor Hot tub and pool was well maintained. However the indoor pool area in winter needs less ventilation. The pool water was warm around noon by late afternoon it was basically too cold to get in to enjoy it. "

"We got to stay in the upgraded condos! They were beautiful! I had never stayed in the A and B side! Each of one of us had basically an apartment to ourselves. "

"I loved the oak trees and the birds. Our site had an amazing view of the ocean as we were on the 3rd floor. We saw humpback whales, dolphins, pelicans, terns, grebes, and more. We appreciated our time there and intend to return."

"Achei ótima localização, apenas 2 quadras da praia e do calçadão. Os funcionários são bem educados. A cama é bem grande e as instalações em geral são boas. Wi-fi e estacionamento grátis foram pontos positivos também. Pontos negativos: 1) - apesar de ter pedido quarto de não fumante, o cheiro de cigarro me parecia acentuado toda vez que entrava no quarto. 2) - quando precisei de gelo as 2 maquinas não funcionaram."

"Great location, property is good for families as it has a full kitchen. It’s basic but at the beach you just need a property that is clean and in a good location. The mattress could definitely use updating. The fresh popcorn is a nice touch. There was an issue with my unit leaking down into the unit below while I was in the bath and maintenance had entered my unit . It could have been handled better instead of pounding on the bathroom door."

"Our family of 4 enjoyed a quiet time in the outer banks at this lovely beach house. November isn't exactly the time most folks visit the beach, but we've spent most of our lives in the far north, so the "chilly weather" didn't prevent us from enjoying kayaking in the inner channels and viewing the sunset from the crow's nest. We found the kitchen very adequate; we were able to cook a lovely thanksgiving dinner and ate quite well the entire time. We packed all our needs/food for the weekend so...

"First time using VRBO, heard horror stories from others regarding key pad to door not working to the location left dirty. This unit was perfect. You can’t come here though expecting it to be like staying in those huge 3 plus level houses. There is no washer and dryer. "This house was perfect for our three families to spread out but also let the kids bunk up and enjoy downstairs all to themselves! We loved going down to the park, going to the market for donuts, walking the beach and enjoying the beautiful views. We can’t wait to stay here again next year.
