"We had a wonderful long weekend at the beach! Cute, smaller 2nd floor little slice of heaven with very nice lil kitchen and super comfy queen size bed (in a bit older building); but very clean on beach location, this is for you! Some things guest may want to know (small bathroom, with small sink, no counter space there; however shower is very nice. No bedside tables due to efficiency style space; however can use floor on one side and we pulled over a stool for the other side. Mirrors available;...

"Another excellent stay at one of Joe’s properties! Excellent condo with easy access to the beach and close to all of our favorite restaurants. The unit was exceptionally clean and everything looked as pictured in the photos. The balcony was bug free and provided stunning views of the ocean. We loved watching the sunrise over coffee every morning. We can’t wait to come back! "

"Great vacation. Property was very nice although the woods side bedroom’s TV didn’t respond well to the remote. Remote may need new batteries. Also, the deadbolt on the adjoining suite door kept unlatching. Looks like the bracket that the deadbolt locks into was missing. Neither was an issue to us but thought you might want to know. The management did push for a session to pitch a timeshare but took no for an answer. Thanks for the heads up. Nice property on a nice trip. "
