"This property is amazing, even for families with younger children. There are two bedrooms, with toys/games, and a nice patio area. Owners are great with communication. Parking available right out front at all hours and the neighborhood feels safe. Neighbors are friendly. We would definitely stay here again."

"This was perfect. It'd be fun to go with a group and rent all the cottages. It's a short walk to a small beach and also a short walk to a great restaurant, El Pescador Fish Market (Ate there 3 times on a four day stay) and a great surf shop, Mitch's surf shop. It would be perfect if it was on the beach. Also, don't miss The Taco Stand. "

"Johns guest house is perfect. It’s comfort, relaxing, quiet, close to the beautiful beach (just a few steps) in a beautiful walkable neighborhood where you can get everything you need for the day or week. I wish I could have stayed longer and I will be back John is the kindest host if you need anything he is available to help and has thought of every detail to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. "It was nice to stay away from the touristy areas. We rented bikes and they were perfect to ride to Mission and Pacific Beaches. We also rode to the beach nearest to us where we had breakfast and lunch. They made an exception for our large dog and the place was perfect for our short adventurous stay. "

"Right in the heart of PB. Parking was not a problem and the evenings were quiet. The house is sparingly decorated. Only input would be more seating in the living room. Plenty of room there for an extra chair for movie night. We would happily return here regardless! Beds firm. "

"Cosy casita that leaves nothing to be desired. Great furnishings, everything in the kitchen too. The lack of air conditioning was not a problem even in July, as it was not so hot and ceiling fans provided a pleasant room climate. There are fly screens in front of almost all the windows. The shared use of the washing machine, the USB socket and the garage parking space were a great plus. The location was quiet and yet there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. "O quarto do hotel é excelente, mas não tem nenhum serviço de cômoda. Chegamos tarde da noite, com fome e não tinha absolutamente nada para pedir no hotel. Ficamos 3 noites e o quarto não foi limpo nenhum dia. Na primeira noite O vaso sanitário vazou e espalhou água pelo quarto todo. Além disso, o único elevador do hotel estava com defeito e tivemos que subir as malas e descer na saída sem nenhuma ajuda. "
