"Hotel muito bem localizado, fica 10 min de qualquer atração, seja do balboa park, seaport village ou seaworld. Unico problema que chegamos mais cedo da viagem e nao conseguimos fazer check-in mais cedo (15h)"

"Thank you for your message and unfortunately I will never stay at this hotel again. My family and I had problems with breakfast every day. The wait was horrible, the staff were few and far between, and the service was so bad that I gave up on eating breakfast. The lack of attention from the staff, especially the youngest, was regrettable. I hope I never have to repeat this experience with you again. It's a good thing that it's not the same at other Hyatt hotels. Today, with the growing movement of social media, I believe it is worth adjusting this undesirable experience."
