"Our non-smoking room was in need of repair with peeling paints/molded bathroom. Both queen beds had strong smoking odor. 3 out of 4 times that we came out of the room, we ran into smokers congregating in the parking lot a few feet from our door."

"Rooms could use some updating. Fireplace needed cleaning. Jetted tub was very nice. Beds are very comfortable. Still a great mountain lodge feel though. "

"Wonderful stay here . Was highly recommended by friends who come here often when travelling through Oregon. Staff friendly, most accommodating for our every need. Pizza restaurant next door was excellent and although we ate in our room looked very nice for dining in. Price was most reasonable room very clean set up nicely . Highly recommend staying here . We have stayed in various hotels over the years in Ashland. Timber Inn is where we will for sure return next time!! Thankyou "
