"This was a wonderful property. Clean quiet and sun rises amazing. No dining as stated in check in informaion made difficult. Communication was difficult but we got help from 140 store. Overall this place exceeded expectations. Thx to all who helped."

"Fabulous location on the river with clean, well kept and equipped house."

"The cabin was very clean tidy and had absolutely everything that I needed. I would definitely stay here again, and if you do-be sure to bring yourself some bubble bath! Make sure you check with the property owner prior to your arrival to find out where you can get the key. "

"My family stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday. There 6 of us and this house gave us plenty of room and had all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable. Although it was foggy during our stay, the view from the living room was still beautiful as it looked out over the lake. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider this house again. "

"The house is a great location with an amazing river view. The house was well stocked with plenty of Kitchen and bathroom needs. Very roomy and cozy. We will be back!"

"Clean. Tidy. comfortable. Well appointed. But we left a pair of walking polls behind and would like Sugar to keep them for us and we will pick them up when we stay again in the fall of 2025. David Roberts"

"We loved it here and hope to come back. The river is the main character and the historic cabin makes this a perfect getaway. If you don’t appreciate a little rustic charm you may not enjoy it as much as we did. There are plenty of amenities like the hot tub and sauna. We enjoyed sitting on the deck every night and watched the spawning salmon. There were many books about the area. The host checked in on us which was so nice. We loved the area and can’t wait to return. "

"This was a beautiful and clean home in a perfect location. So close to downtown and the Shakespeare Festival. The walk was easy, well lite and safe. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely recommend and return!!"

"A truly wonderful home away from home. A great space that feels like a stay out in the country, but just a 10 minute drive to all that downtown Ashland has to offer. The best stocked vacation rental we’ve ever stayed with. The attention to detail to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible was evident in every aspect of the home. All with plenty of space to spread out, inside and out."

"This is a wonderful little space that's within a block of old town Ashland and all its restaurants, coffee shops, and theaters. Wonderful helpfulness and communication from our host, and the space had everything we needed - all with modern remodeling, it seems. We loved it!"

"We were in town for my neice's bat mitzvah and washed a house with space for all of the or of town guests to hang out. The house was perfect. My only complaint was a lack of soap and shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms and barely enough toilet paper for a group of 8 people "

"We had a one night stay at this property with our two dogs on our way to Southern California and met all of our needs. Wonderful fence yard front and back of the house. Wonderful communication with the manager/owner. We had a great time."
