"Beautiful! Very clean and spacious. The beds were so comfortable. My complaints are the parking. I had to park a ways from the door and had quite a few bags., parking lot was always full.also bedroom by the door, you can hear people in the breezeway conversations in the middle of the night but hey its an apartment. The owners communication was superb, she did not leave out one detail. Overall my stay was top tier and closeby to almost everything, Im satisfied noisy neighbors, "

"The unit is as good overall, and the biggest disappointment was the shower. Fix the floor. It created an unsanitary mental state since the water doesn’t drain completely. The place had character, kitchen was fully stocked with the necessities which was nice to be able to cook. "

"Our trip was to get a medical procedure at Baylor St Luke's with a week's recovery time. Apartment complex was in a great gated neighborhood about a mile away. East covered parking. It was easy to Uber and DoorDash to the site.There is minimal kitchen equipment but we made do. Wifi/tv options were good. Communication with host was initially delayed but improved as the week went on. Check in and check out was a breeze. Loved the "valet trash" service."

"This little apartment is on the ground floor and was easy for my grandparents to access. It is not super fancy, but it does have your basic amenities for a comfortable stay, including a large soaker bath! My son enjoyed the bath the most. It is actually right next store to a huge Wal-Mart if you forgot, or need anything. My only suggestion would have been a coffee pot for the grandparents. We stayed in the winter, so didn’t get to use the pool. The ping pong table didn’t have paddles or balls or...

"The listing was very accurate and the apartment was very nice. Onsite employees were friendly and helpful. I was concerned with parking availability before the trip but used the $10 valet and had no problems. The only draw back was the amount of homeless people in the surrounding area and didn't really work around the area much. We really enjoyed the overall experience and would definately book this apartment again."

"The property was great! Nice touch with the free water bottles, bluetooth speaker and laundry detergent pods. Big building but also quiet in the residential areas. Nice size pool, cool community center. The only issue is the area behind the building where there is a lot of homeless by the train station. "Very nice stay for 3 nights, business trip solo. There aren't many choices near hotel for restaurant, and so decided to cook using the nice kitchen inside the room. It is spacious with full service kitchen and a nice bedroom. Everything are nice and clean, new. Walking distance to Convention Centre (around 10 mins walk), 15 mins walk to Toyota Centre for NBA game, and 7 mins walking to the nearby grocery! "
