I fell in love wit SA allover again due to this character of this place and the location. Waking up to the sun shinning through the almost celling to ground windows. Drinking my morning coffee on the balcony to just enjoying the sunset and the view of downtown from the balcony, I will absolutely be back and hope it heals the next people...

"Hidden gem in an older industrial area. Fairly new apartments located near a railroad. The area was super quiet and relaxing. There is a small trail that runs alongside the river. We had a nice walk at night. The apartment itself was clean and just felt like being at home. Small and cute place! No clear instructions regarding parking (there are signs about texting to park in the area or car will be towed). Would definitely stay hear again. "

"I personally love vintage buildings and this building oozed perfect vintage! It was cozy and it felt right at home! It was super clean and the way it was decorated was just superb! The bed was so comfortable that we just slept through the whole night without any tossing and turning! This page is a must for any couple! "

"This apartment space was just beautiful! It was very clean and comfortable. Tammara was an amazing host! Her response time when I had questions were great. She never left me unanswered. If you stay here you have to try Archie’s coffee, Vela coffee, voodoo donuts, and the cookie plug. We enjoyed the city life and being able to walk to our destinations. The parking is a little pricey but it’s worth it. We parked in the parking lot in back of the building and was able to pay for the entire duration...
