"Great location. Only complaint is the TV...could not find HD channels and could not connect to our Netflix account. Should also replace the knobs on the stove....can't tell what the heat settings are. Good value and would recommend to anyone not looking to spend the at Zota or the St Regis!"

"Sea La Via was the perfect place for our short family weekend away. Our host (Luanda) was very attentive to ensuring we had the right information and details on the area and described the condo unit thoroughly. The unit is in a great location on Fort Myers Beach with easy access from the parking lot to the fourth-floor unit. The views from the unit were beautiful, and it was an easy, short walk to an uncrowded beach. There were plenty of restaurants close by, along with a Publix grocery store...

"This property isn't the newest on the block, but you wouldn't know it. The unit we had was updated, clean and the location was very convenient. The pools were well kept and you're less than a 2 minute walk to the awesome beach. Will visit again."

"Owner communication was amazing. We were traveling by car over 700 miles so we did arrive slightly early and we were allowed to check in. The condo is clean. Well equipped. Some beach toys in a closet that was a nice surprise. Kitchen well equipped, however, very little counter space so it was difficult to prep food. We just used the dining table. The location is perfection. The small elevator is a bit of a challenge and it is very slow but a small price to pay. The pay laundry facility is right...

"The property is beautiful and relaxing! The only thing we wish is that there had been some sort of window coverings in the livingroom area. The document you sign states you cannot adjust the AC which we didnt but the windows do let in quite a bit of heat in the morning hours. And there is no privacy after dark."
