"All was wonderful! We had been advised ahead of arrival what to expect since they were still recouping from storms Helene & Milton. However, all was very clean, property as well kept as could be expected. We were on 4th floor, long walk to room from Only elevator that was working. Started using stairs and all was fine! Will revisit when in TPA again! Better choice than a hotel! Management company PMI South Tampa was WONDERFUL! ."

"Please update your listing stating that since the hurricane, there are things on the property still not available, sun deck, beach area.More dish towels and cloths would be nice. We only had one dish towel. A storage area in the bathroom would be nice or have the linen closet unlocked for use. Pizza pan and cutter along with a few more sets of Silverware would be nice along with salt and pepper. More garbage bags too, as we only had one. "

"The property is a 10 minute drive from the airport. We took a Lyft and felt like there were plenty of options around the condo that we could reach by walking. Normally, the 15 or 20 minute walk to the nearby restaurants would not be an issue, but be aware, there are no sidewalks on the entry road coming down the peninsula, and traffic makes for a sketchy walk back in the evenings. Thank goodness the pool cabana makes really tasty food, and that saved us from having to leave for breakfast and...

"We really enjoyed this community, and this place would have been perfect for a shorter stay. Some of the pics were dark, and I believe it said it was a 1 bedroom. While the king size bed was amazingly comfortable, this was a studio--the couch was right next to the bed. There also wasn't a kitchen--there is a hot plate that is stored in the cabinet and the refrigerator is dorm size."
