"Enjoyed the spacious floorplan and rooms with separate bathrooms. We were disappointed with a few items. The lack of complete cups, dishes, utensils, and silverware. Also, the master bathroom wasn't stocked with toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, soap, or washcloths. The bath towels and pool towels could use an update and be more plenty."

The one star that was deducted is for bad communication: - We find out that the pool heater we paid for was broken after we did troubleshooting for a day. We finally reached out on Sunday ourselves and were asked to reach out to the other owner. They knew it was broken since Thursday and did not say anything. - Pointing out that this was bad...

"The property was everything we could have wished for. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The layout of the house is perfect. We played lots of games outside next to the pool. The house was equipped great with all the amenities that we needed. We loved the informational booklet on the area and enjoyed some good meals at the restaurants that had been highlighted. "Overall this worked great for us. About 2 blocks from the gulf coast. Fishing access on an inlet behind the house and pool was great for us and kids. Out of the way for major island traffic but close enough to the coast to walk and enjoy it"

This was very easy and close to go to Anna Maria Island and any place wanted to go with ease of no traffic. Will rent again when in this area. The property was very enjoyable and quite ,very relaxing and felt very secure. We felt that if we neeeded anything it was taken care of. The pool was nice. Had lots of privacy also. So hated to leave , we felt comfortable and bed...
