"Check in with the portal was a hassle. Took longer to receive safe lock code and instructions. Then once we got to our room, getting ready to go to bed… that’s when we noticed there were bed bugs! We called to customer service and we were glad they accommodated us a different room."

"It was easy check in and nice place! Only problem I had was that the place elevators and my room had this horrible smell to it l, that smelt like dead rats and roaches or something crazy! It was gross but outside of that, if recommend!"

"This property is the best one we have ever stayed at. We stayed for 7 nights and the lazy river and house has everything you can ask for. Host is awesome and responsive if anything comes up. Look forward to coming again "

"This was the perfect place to stay for Ironman Arizona. The full sized fridge was nice as well as the hot tub! Getting the keys was a bit confusing but easy once really reading the information in detail. Bed wasn’t very comfortable but other than that clean property, nice location and great town! "

"Though the room itself was dated, the circular toilet seat did not match the oval toilet, and the floors screeched what made my stay pleasant was the woman at the front desk the evenings. She was extremely helpful, very friendly, and all around a very pleasant woman to interact with, i did not catch her name and wish i would have."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Sonder property, and it was an incredibly pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how spacious and well-designed the room was. "Loved the quiet but central location. The grounds are well taken care of. The unit itself was pretty clean but could use a new mattress, bedside lamp and a lick of paint… small kitchen was very functional though with all the provisions needed to make some eggs for breakfast… communication with property manager couldn’t have been any better! So responsive! Would definitely stay at this property again, but perhaps try a different room next time. Thanks so much!!"

"Loved the spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment! The housekeeping staff was amazing! The appliances were in pristine condition. A very nice, quiet place to stay for a relaxing vacation! Although a ROKU TV was in the apartment, I had to purchase my own antenna so I could get local stations because the TV was streaming only. It was also very difficult to get door to door delivery for groceries, food, etc."

"The location was perfect for what we needed. The place is small but clean and cozy. The bed was very comfy but seemed small. Maybe a full or possibly a queen. (But felt like a small queen so just be prepared if you like a bigger bed) The neighborhood felt very safe and was so cute! Plus it has amazing food places to walk to! "Went to Arizona for my bday had such a good time the house was AMAZING I LOOK FORWARD TO COMING BACK AND STAYING IN THE HOUSE AGAIN EVERYTHING WENT WELL FROM CHECK ON TO CHECK OUT LOVE LOVE LOVED THE HOUSE "

"This house is a great location with beautiful views. Communication with owner was very quick and responsive. The house could use some updates and it would be perfect.. it was still a beautiful home and comfortable bedding."

"This was a GREAT place to stay! Only downside was there was loud noise from the bar late at night (until 2AM) AND THEN loud noise REALLY early (like 5AM) from construction. So if you’re sensitive to noise, maybe not the place for you. Also a few cleanliness issues (make up on bed sheets and hair found on coffee maker). Otherwise was a great place to stay!"
