"We went to Phoenix from Tucson on the same day of check-in to attend a nearby con. Since the con opened earlier than check-in, we spent the entire time there until it closed. The building is directly in front of The Great Wolf Lodge making it extremely easy to find. The entrance was also easy to spot even at night, and as a plus, all the codes worked without any problems. "The condo is clean and comfortable. Kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances. Joel was very easy to work with and, very accommodating and was a great communicator. The property grounds are great with three pools and this condo was less than 50 yards to the main pool."

"Property was clean and attractive. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cleaning supplies. The drawers in the cabinets could use some guides. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked."

"This is a very nice 3-bed/2 bath unit on the second floor. The unit was very clean upon arrival and nicely outfitted with comfortable beds and other furniture, kitchen amenities, and linens. We did have issues with the property management company not responding to some maintenance issues that we brought up. Most frustrating was not being able to figure out how to control the living room TV remote control. We asked for assistance several times. All the other TVs worked fine. The tennis courts are...

"Location was perfect for our vacation plans. I would give the cleanliness a 4.8/5.0 only because the kitchen floor could have been mopped a little better. Otherwise it was clean and fit all of our needs. Safe area, close to Westworld, walking trails within walking distance. "

"Condo was great. Clean, quiet and cozy. Good location. It was a little difficult to find. Property address that is provided is wrong and the map that was provided needs another cross street shown to be helpful. You have to park on the street and then walk to the condo. Owner messaged that the cleaner was running late but should be down a few minutes after the 4pm check-in time. We showed up 4:30 and the cleaners had just arrived and told us it would be another 20-25 minutes. We weren’t going to...

"The house was clean overall, but there were some negatives for sure. 1. The sofa bed was absolutely filthy (chips, grapes, and lord knows what else came flying out when we opened it.) So, dont count on using that if you stay. We had to cram another child into the bed. 2.the kitchen drain has issues and wont properly drain, so again, we didnt use that. 3.There may be a leak or something in the wall as we heard water running for a full 48hrs of our stay. 4.
