"The condo was in a great location. A little bit of traffic noise but it did. It bother us. The pool area was nice and sheltered and had nice loungers. The condo was very clean others than the area rugs need a good shampoo or should be replaced. Appreciated to spices and condiments left behind and all the kitchen supplies. "

"What a great location! Close to restaurants, grocery, amenities. Nice quiet complex with a great pool area.The only negative for us was the cleanliness of the unit.Floors were dirty and it appeared not much had been dusted. With a little TLC and maybe a few updates on decor this place would be a gem!"

"This place is reasonably priced and has everything you need. It is very private. The 'backyard' space that the patio faces is alive with rabbits, quail, and various other birds. Its very quiet and the bed is above average comfortable! "

"My stay was nice the only thing I would recommend is that you tell people in your listing that you don’t want the air conditioning set under 74 degrees … a lot of people may find that too hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. Otherwise everything else was great. "

"Landing in a strange town at night is not ideal and that’s how my trip began. When my GPS took me to the apartment complex I thought I was lost. So at 9:30 PM I called Ryan. Who thankfully answered. He helped me find my parking spot and the apartment. It’s a nice place with everything you could need. It was too cold to swim but there’s a nice pool in the small courtyard. This place is close to everything which is awesome. We went to the zoo, the botanical gardens, frontier land. Tonto...

"The condo was perfect for our 5 day stay. Stocked with all the necessary amenities plus more. The coffee, tea, hot cocoa, snacks, water and wine were all very much appreciated. It was super clean and well maintained. It was conveniently located close to great restaurants, bars, the Fairmont and the TPC Scottsdale golf course. Thanks for a great stay! "

"The four of us enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean and comfortable. Sitting by the pool and relaxing in the hot tub after long hikes was a great way to unwind at the end of the day.We appreciated all the suggestions from our host and enjoyed several of his eatery recommendations and activities in the area.
