"Too slow to respond to AC issue on a very hot day. Took 2 + hours to move me to a different unit. Unit had no waste bins and no hooks to hang towels."

"Amazing property and easy check-in for a non-hotel! The bed was extremely comfortable and the apartment was well furnished. I would have like a real coffee maker rather than the instant coffee; however, I know for next time. I just booked my next business trip and staying here again."

"I stayed her previously and booked again. This room was on a different floor, had live cockroaches coming from the sink, bathtub and under the couch. I contacted the property manager and they were able to reassign me to another room on another floor that was clean without any sign of bugs. "

"My stay at the Kenect Phoenix was amazing! The staff was friendly. I was able to drop off my luggage after arriving early morning before check-in. I got back to the hotel about an hour before check-in and the front desk clerk was able to get me into my room before time. The hotel is about a 8-10 min walk to the convention center, restaurants and Fry's Grocery store. The city scooters were convenient as well if you don't want to walk too far. "Communication was fast, great and accommodating. The hotel/apartments were in a nice location and the room was very clean and kept."

"I was a little nervous initially about staying here because I saw some reviews that stated it was confusing to get into the building and to find your room. We didn’t have an issue at all. We were provided clear instructions that made it really easy. The price was great compared to most hotels in the area, and the amenities were fantastic. I would 100 percent stay here again and maybe even move here it was such a great stay"

"Great amenities - hot tub, pool, workout room, games, and the units are well equipped with everything you need. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only complaint is the mattresses need to be updated. Great space and location!"

"Clean apartment. Had a little trouble getting into the building the first night, but had great communication with the rental company to resolve the issue. Had access to the pool, fitness room and game room which was nice."

"The place was perfect for our needs! A washer and dryer, kitchenette and bathroom were super convenient and the pool and hot tub were a delightful perk. They were both clean and often my son and I were the only two there. It was amazing to get up first thing and step out the door for a swim. The grounds were lovely with a nice patio area and lounge chairs, and the best coffee machine I’ve ever had in a hotel. Nespresso! I plan to look them up again next time we are in the area. "Overall the stay was nice but had some very noisy neighbors for the first 3 nights. I called the property manager and he contacted them to please quiet down the first night but continued on for the next couple of nights. So the property is nice just not a lot of extras like a pool or hot tub or workout area. Also they charged me a $300 additional charge for the property which there was even maid service during our stay so really don’t think I’ll stay there again better services at other places...
