"My husband and I stayed in the very nice property. The host was very accommodating and everything was as pictured and it is very comfortable and in a beautiful setting. The Woodland area is great. "There are so many positives about this property and no negatives. First, I have to say that this was my first experience doing a BnB and I'm afraid that I'm now totally spoiled. "Surroundings of property were shabby at best. Owner gave detailed instructions that were more micromanagement which include smalled typed multiple pages. NOT 2 bedroom. Pull out sofa was terrible so owner provided a foam topper that was very dirty. Bathroom sink was copper so owner warned us not to use any soap/chemical except the provided hand soap. "Although this property is cute and in walking distance to many great things, this is what didn't work: Traffic noise is very loud. Also, it is in a 4 plex and we could often hear others. "Tim’s apartment was great. He was very easy to communicate with and he helped me with the garage. Felt very safe to be able to use the garage while on a work trip. The apartment was nice and the window shades did a great job at blocking sunlight, but also were easy to adjust to get more light in but maintain privacy. There’s a ton of storage in the apartment. "Though we had just had a hurricane, they were able to get the property in order. Manager quick to answer any questions. Quiet area. Lots of activities inside and especially outside. Spa very relaxing. All guest enjoyed moving around the lazy river. Would definitely book again. Only stayed at the property, did not visit any nearby attractions. Stores nearby if needed. Group consisted of adults and children."

"Jeremy was very responsive to my inquiries and requests. The house was very accommodating for our party of 12 adults and 2 kids. Instructions on the grill, sound systems and lights were very helpful. The pool was amazing as well. My family and I were very happy with choosing this home. There are quiet hours but we were still able to enjoy the patio during those hours by using our inside voices. Only negative unfortunately, is that the landing on the back steps leading to the backyard balcony...
