"We stayed for 2 nights for a mountain biking trip and had a great experience. The house was clean and comfortable with a nicely updated kitchen and plenty of parking. AC worked perfectly, and we really appreciated that they accommodated our dogs. Great location—just a block from downtown Fruita. Would definitely stay again."

"My husband and I stayed here while on our honeymoon. It was the perfect place to be from the crowds of Estes Park, yet close enough that if we wanted to get downtown, we could easily do so. It was also a great proximity to Rocky Mtn Ntl Park! We left early one morning and were in the park within 4-5 minutes of leaving the cabin. Super clean, a good variety of amenities, and the hot tub is definitely a plus!"

"I took my daughters for a weekwnd. First time for all. The condo is within walking distance to the lake and all the restaurants and shopping. Also we had a minor problem with a neighbor, and management handeles it immediately. We would stay here again!of us. "

"Great communication with the hosts, easy access to Winter Park’s summer activities, perfect for what we needed! Some people said the condo needed updated, but we were too busy enjoying the area and all we did was sleep there, so that didn’t matter to us. Condo looks exactly like the photos. If your high maintenance and need a super fancy place to sleep, maybe pick a different condo, but if you’re down to earth, chill/laid back, this place is perfect. "

"We are so glad we stayed here. These two units open up to each other, and although there isn't a full kitchen like a condo would have, there is a nice kitchenette. Staying up on the mountain was great because we really enjoyed the amenities up there and especially Jose's outdoor bar right at the bottom of the slopes. Had we stayed in town, we may not have enjoyed the mountain as much, yet by driving into town, we were able to enjoy the town as much as we desired. So, for us this was the perfect...
