"The property is lovely. We had a one bedroom which was small but nice. It is nicely appointed and the kitchen is well equipped with Bosch appliances. When I walked in the kitchen, I said where is the freezer? Betsy said no freezers in the one bedroom apartments. I said we are in the area for 3 weeks and I need a freezer for my food and I also need ice. Betsy, at the front desk was lovely. She took my freezer bag to the Westin Hotel and got a bucket of ice for me. The ac was not working...

"Comfortable furniture in an older, comfy condo. Plenty of space, including a work desk and big dining table. Kitchen had utensils and dishes. Really appreciated the wood fire with a view off the spacious deck before it was dark. Getting to park inside a garage during a snowstorm was great. Elevator from parking garage to 4th floor condo gave handicap access."

"Nice 2bedroom one bath home. Comfortable, first floor. Beautiful views of mountains. Close to hiking trails. Little store 2blocks down. Overall worth the trip. Just a few items… couch bed is hard and not a bed to sleep on.The microwave has to be held up to close and use. Lg crack in the counter top. Host was wonderful and easy communication. Clean and well worth the stay."

"I have one issue at this place. We had someone staying above us that was so loud. I went to the front desk to complain numerous times. They did nothing. I called and went down to front desk every day. And nothing. I asked to be moved. Even if to a downgraded room to avoid hearing the people above us being so loud.
