"Had a 1 night stay in NYC for a competition, this little apartment was PERFECT for a quick in and out. Comfortable and Very nice!"

"This location did not have anything close by in regards of places to eat or drink. However, it was spotless and looked just like it was advertised! My daughter n I felt very safe the whole stay. It’s just a short walk from 2 subway trains which made it very easy to get into the city! We did take an Uber at night to get back—-cost less than $40—to ensure safety. I would definitely stay there again! "

"I travel for business to NYC and I'd never stayed in the Bronx. My usual areas were either full or overpriced so I took a shot at a good looking listing. I was impressed with not only my accommodations, but the building amenities were also top notch. Excellent gym! I wish there was more in the immediate area, but because of the road interchanges, it was difficult to walk many places. Perhaps if I had met a local or had more time to explore I could have found some good local spots for food or...

"Listing was not as advertised, in an unsafe neighborhood, requested separate rental agreement (which would be fine) but an additional requirement for card documentation for their file, implying a duplicate charge. When I tried to cancel our 5 night stay (online, via phone, and through email) after nearly being accosted by 3 strangers upon our entry, I was immediately denied and told 'no refund', 'can't cancel' and 'its not known (locally) as a safe place'. Ridiculously poor customer service...

"The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The only thing I was turned off was the smell of weed that was throughout the entire building and the elevator. I don’t believe people in general respect the sign "No Smoking." Unless this applies to only cigarette smoking lol. Regardless, the apartment building was quiet and safe, amidst the area where is located. "

"O hotel tem uma excelente localização. O quarto que escolhemos era bastante confortável, com uma vista incrível - ficamos no 33º andar. A banheira era separada do chuveiro, que pra mim é muito melhor e é uma raridade em hotéis nos EUA. A recepção e portaria prestaram um atendimento muito simpático e cordial, assim como o room-service. A limpeza e arrumação do quarto estava impecável. Tivemos arrumação do quarto todos os dias. Ficamos hospedados por 6 dias. Com certeza ficaremos hospedados no mesmo hotel em outra oportunidade. "

"Ótima localização Quarto novo,tamanho ótimo para os padrões de NY Box no banheiro, sem banheira Não tem café da manhã incluso mas fica perto de vários cafés e tem frigobar no quarto, um adianto para quem quer deixar os itens e tomar café no quarto. Equipe simpática! Ponto positivo para o cookie quentinho no checkin ( as 3 da manhã) "

"Que sonho esse hotel, ótima localização, super confortável, quarto amplo, funcionários super educados e receptivos, uma limpeza impecável tanto nos quartos quanto no hotel em si. A cama era MARAVILHOSA, tinham amenities, o banheiro super limpo, Box com blindex, uma estação de metrô ao lado praticamente, várias opções pra comer por perto e muitas lojas!"
