"I was most concerned when I saw reviews about lack of communication with the owner and a confusing check in process, because I've had a few negative experiences with that. Please be assured that the check in process was clear and smooth. The building is historic and has been through some things over the years, and it shows on the interior. However, the room is fully renovated and so clean, with some original details lovingly preserved. The room I had was much larger than the photos made it...

"Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in New York. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war immer sehr freundlich und auch bei Problemen geduldig. Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut. Man kommt mit mehreren Linien in Fußnähe überall hin. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und die beiden festen Betten waren herrlich bezogen. Leider galt das nicht für die weiteren Betten. Das Schlafsofa war überhaupt nicht vorbereitet und die Luftmatratze war nicht aufgebaut als wir nachts nach unserem Flug müde ankamen....

"The main reason I came to NYC was to see some hockey games. One at Madison Square Garden. One at the UBS Arena. I was traveling alone. This lodging had great reviews. It's located in a safe area. The train station is about a mile away. There is a bus stop at the end of the street. UBS Arena is less then half a mile away. I arrived at night. It was easy to find the entrance. "Convenient location close to the subway. We appreciated having a little space and a table in the apartment, but spent most of our time out. Being in the city that never sleeps it was fairly loud in the bedrooms at the front of the property but got used to it after the first night. Some of the furnishings are a little tired but that was no problem for us. Victoria was really communicative and it was easy to check into the property."

"Convenient studio offering easy access to NYC. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, providing valuable information on navigating public transportation to and from New York City. One suggestion for improvement would be to install a light at the entrance. During the night, finding the keys without using the flashlight on my phone was a bit challenging due to the lack of light."

"The apartment was cute and had most everything we needed. The host was resposive. However, the noise from outside was very loud. We experienced 4 am wake up sereral mornings from trash pick up. Car noise was constant. Loud music from outside and foot noise from the apartment above in the afternoons and evenings was distracting. We stayed for two weeks and we i stayed inside the apartment most days so the noise was bothersome. We didn't love the neighborhood except that is was within...

"The actual apartment itself was fine. A bit tight but fine. The greatest concern was the trash that was on the roof right outside my patio. Which made you not want to sit on the patio. The other concern I had was the difficulty I had getting in touch with anyone to help or answer questions. I shouldn't have to play email-tag in order to get help. A.so, why does a representative not ,ive at or near the property? If you need more towels or theres other concerns, how do you handle that? Finally, ...

Grata surpresa!

"Excelente hotel no coração de Manhattan. O Virgin foi uma grata surpresa, tanto pelo seu custo x benefício, estrutura e localização. Os quartos tem um bom tamanho e estrutura. A vista para o Empire State é de tirar o fôlego. A limpeza é eficiente, os lençóis e travesseiros são de ótima qualidade. O único porém do quarto é o chuveiro de baixa pressão. As 2 opções de restaurantes, os bares e o Riff Raff no rooftop são providenciais e dão o charme pro hotel. Além disso, a região é repleta de ótimos bares e restaurantes. O uso do elevador é confuso da primeira vez, mas depois acostuma. Mesmo sendo um hotel “para jovens”, não ouvimos nenhum barulho no quarto ou corredores. Por último, mas não menos importante. O staff é simpático, especialmente o checkin com o Ed, foi muito agradável e conseguimos um early checkin muitas horas antes, foi ótimo!"

Muito bom!

"Ótima localização, perto da Times Square, dá para fazer boa parte das coisas a pé. Tem uma estação de metro bem perto. É possivel pegar o metro do aeroporto para o hotel e outros locais da cidade com facilidade. O quarto é pequeno, mas super aconchegante. Varias lojas, restaurantes e conveniencias por perto.Super recomendo!"

"A localização é perfeita, há dois minutos da Times Square, perto de várias linhas de metrô, a locomoção para os pontos turísticos é muito fácil. O quarto é confortável, de bom tamanho, limpo diariamente. O café da manhã no restaurante do Hotel (Friedmans) é gostoso e suficiente. Foi uma agradável estadia. Voltaríamos. "

Ótimo hotel

"Hotel excelente, quarto bem grande. Limpeza diária, e troca de toalhas. Cobra para recebimento de mercadoria. Hotel em ótima localização, perto de bons restaurantes, shows da broadway, metrô."
